Banika has seven years of experience in financial services, having started her career as a credit analyst at HDFC Bank. She has extensive experience in credit risk analysis and providing an analytical and critical view of complex capital structures and credit processing.

Banika is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Accounting and finance.

Outside of work, Banika enjoys painting and performance arts.
