Ergin brings extensive experience in tax valuations for private equity-backed businesses of various sizes, with a sector-agnostic approach. His expertise lies in valuing Management Incentive Plans, having worked on projects across multiple tax jurisdictions and specialising in valuations for UK, US, European, Canadian and Australian tax purposes.​

Before joining Touchstone Advisory, Ergin spent seven years at PwC, focusing on tax valuations. He worked with a portfolio of private equity clients, helping them navigate complex deals and implement Management Incentive Plans. Prior to that, he spent five years in corporate banking at NatWest Plc, structuring and advancing loans for corporate clients.​

Ergin holds a Chemistry degree from the University of Birmingham.​

Outside of work, Ergin enjoys weight training and playing football, though he humorously admits you’d never guess it from looking at him! He also has a love-hate relationship with food—hating how much he loves it. ​
