James is a highly competent and resourceful software engineer driven by a passion to innovate and push the bounds of what software can do.

His experience ranges from helping design processors for future markets, developing security software to prevent malware attacks and working with industry leaders in biotech to deliver cancer diagnostics. His practical work is underpinned by a solid theoretical understanding having studied Computer Science at the University of York.

Aside from software James enjoys playing the guitar and going on adventurous hikes across the Scottish Highlands.
