Sebastian has over 14 years’ experience advising private and listed companies on the strategic, legal, tax and valuation aspects of share incentive arrangements. Prior to joining Touchstone Advisory, Sebastian was a share incentives solicitor at RM2 Employee Ownership, having previously worked at Deloitte.

Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys spending time with his young family and watching, playing, and coaching football.
