Tommy Shaw

Associate Director

Before joining Touchstone in 2023, Tommy began his advisory career at KPMG, where he played an integral role in developing their share-based payment valuation practice. During his 12-year tenure at KPMG and EY, he advised a range of clients on equity-based incentive arrangements, covering design, structuring, tax, accounting, and valuation aspects, as well as vendor and buyside due diligence in relation to employment-related securities and management incentive arrangements.

Tommy received a first class (hons) degree in Plant Science from the University of Manchester and started his professional career by passing his Chartered Accountant (CA) and ICAS Tax Professional (ITP) exams as part of the KPMG Tax Business School programme.

A keen plantsman, in his spare time Tommy can most often be found in the garden or walking in the UK countryside with his wife and two whippets.
